Returns & Exchanges
The Basics
Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original condition with all packaging and materials provided.
Returns received in worn, damaged, or incomplete condition may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email info@morevaried.com with your order number and reason for return.
A customer service representative will respond within 48 hours, Monday–Friday.
Shipping & Fees
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked and insured service. More Varied is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds & Rejections
Once your return is received and approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the criteria above.
Issues & Address Notes
Please notify us within 3 days of delivery if your order arrives incorrect or damaged.
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Orders placed with a PO Box address will be cancelled.
Made-to-order & Custom Pieces
Made-to-order items and custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes any piece made specifically for you, including custom sizing, custom modifications, or special requests.
