Shipping & Orders

Orders ship within 1–3 business days from our studio in Newmarket, Canada. Each piece is packed in a gift-ready box with protective wrapping.

During peak periods (holidays, promotions, and new releases), processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders cannot be cancelled or edited once submitted. After an order ships, we’re unable to update the delivery address provided at checkout.

Canada & United States: 3–5 business days (once shipped).

Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.

Select pieces are crafted to order, made one at a time by our master jeweler in Canada. Please allow 4–6 weeks for production prior to shipping.

Timelines are noted on individual product pages, and we’ll confirm details before production begins.

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes at delivery. These fees are set by the destination country and are not within our control.

If customs fees are refused, the package may be returned and additional charges (including return shipping) may apply. Returned packages are eligible for store credit only.

By law, we cannot adjust declared values on commercial invoices and must follow all international import/export regulations.
