Description
The Heart Condition pendant is formed in solid 18k white gold, shaped into a weighted teardrop and perforated with open hearts that expose its internal structure. The front carries diamond pavé; controlled, precise, almost surgical in its placement. The back reveals the framework, unvarnished.
It suggests vulnerability. It’s anything but.
